Please be advised that all are welcome to attend the joint meeting of the LUMC Trustees and the Finance Committee THIS Wednesday, May 25th at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary. The singular purpose of this meeting is to host Brian Gracie, CLU®, ChFC®, REBC®, of Heritage Financial Consultants, LLC. Mr. Gracie is LUMC’s investment consultant who manages the church’s trust fund. He will walk us through our most recent investor report so that we may evaluate our investment performance and take into consideration any decisions — then or in the future — regarding our portfolio.
While this meeting hasn’t occurred over the last couple years due to restrictions on in-person meetings posed by the pandemic, we are trying to get back into an annual investment meeting rhythm, especially since it had been requested by multiple congregants. Please feel free to share with others who may be interested in attending and are not seeing this post.
