Adult Ministries

Sunday School – Join us on Sunday mornings at 9 am for Sunday School! We currently have two different adult classes to meet your preferred style. Although both are Bible-based, one is more traditional and the other is more topical in nature.  Visit the classes to find the one that matches you best! If you have children, there is a class for them too!

Bible Study – We also offer two different Bible Study experiences. Pick the one that fits you!

  • Alpha – Alpha meets on Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm. At each meeting, we will share a meal, watch a video, and participate in meaningful discussion. If you are someone who is exploring what you believe about life, faith, and God, then Alpha may be for you!
  •  SOAK – SOAK meets on Thursday mornings at 10 am. SOAK stands for: Scripture, Observation, Application, and Kneeling in prayer. We independently read and journal on daily Bible readings each week; and then we come together to share thoughts, and learn from each other. All are welcome, regardless of your biblical knowledge – from novice to experienced! If you want to grow in your faith, SOAK may be for you!

Tuesday Crew – Do you like to cook? fix things? paint? landscape? sell household items? The Tuesday Crew meets each week on Tuesdays at 8:30 am to do those things and much more, with plenty of fun thrown in too! We take care of the kitchen and fellowship hall, prepare for the community meals held twice a month, run the Joshua’s Closet Thrift Store, and do handyman jobs around the church. You can pick the project that matches your skills and interests.

Choir – Do you like to sing? Come join the choir. We meet every second and fourth Wednesday at 6:30 pm to practice. Come to the Community Meal (5 to 6 pm) and stay for the singing! The choir then performs an anthem during Sunday worship each week (Sundays at 10 am).
