i was wondering where that message was going but yes Jesus is our cornerstone. Praise be to God.
as i sit here, Betty King has past,, and i think of all the great mothers that went before her,, names that you would see on Pictures but i grew up with some really great women who guided me in all sorts of ways,,, Janie Olver, Pastor Peggy Johnson’s mom,, she taught Sunday School for so many years and made Paul’s Journeys come alive for us,,, Doris Harry, Betty King, Ruth Lippert , Hazel Schimenant, Lois King who was organist for 50 years and was a dear friend to my family, Helen Disney, Charlotte Buckingham, and last but not least Bertha Brown and so many others i can’t think of at this moment, they all were a big part in my life, and helped in my journey along with my own mom Pearl Weyrauch, o yes the one person still living Shirley Brohawn, one of our Pastor’s Wife back in the 1950’s Libby Rowh,, even after they left Lansdowne we went to visit them and Libby was one of those women who greated you with a big smile and a hug and always wanted you to stay for dinner and what a meal it would be. I thank God for them all
